Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes in village governance, including in terms of activity scheduling. Ngingas Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency, still uses a manual system for managing activity schedules, resulting in frequent schedule overlaps, lack of information transparency, and delays in the coordination process. This study aims to design and build a village activity scheduling website that can improve the efficiency and transparency of activity management in Ngingas Village. The method used is the Waterfall method, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, with key features including the submission and verification of activity proposals, activity scheduling, public complaints, as well as tourism information and village articles. Black-Box Testing results show that all features function well as expected. The system has been successfully deployed to a hosting server and can be accessed online. With this system, it is expected to help accelerate the coordination process and help support a more structured and transparent management of village activities.
