Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Environmental Performance, Green Investment, and Capital Structure on Financial Performance in Basic Materials companies in Indonesia. The research method uses a quantitative approach by analyzing panel data regression. The research sample includes 20 Basic Materials companies listed on the IDX during the period 2021–2024. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 80 observations. Data were taken from annual reports, sustainability reports, and PROPER rating reports. The findings show that simultaneously, environmental performance, green investment, and capital structure have a significant effect on financial performance. However, partially, environmental performance and green investment have no effect on financial performance. This shows that not all sustainability factors can directly improve financial performance. Conversely, capital structure has a significant negative effect on financial performance. This indicates that an increase in capital structure can reduce profits, thereby impacting the company's financial performance. Keywords: Financial Performance, Environmental Performance, Green Investment, Capital Structure
