Abstract

Performance measurement is very useful for determining whether the company's performance has increased or decreased. Performance measurement is a valuable tool for comparing past and future performance. Companies can use the Balanced Scorecard to help companies communicate business strategies and the company's vision and mission which can lead to strategic adjustments and improvements so as to improve performance in company units. This study aims to evaluate the company's performance using the Balanced Scorecard approach which consists of four main perspectives namely internal business processes, customers, learning and growth, and finance. The results of this study indicate that the measurement of company performance with the Balanced Scorecard approach at PT PG Candi Baru Sidoarjo in 2018-2022 as a whole obtained a score with a total score of 54.5% indiciating a less healthy condition and classified under category BBB.
