Abstract

This study aims to describe the characteristics of respondents and analyze the influence of price perception, location, product quality, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Kahyangan Coffee and Eatery Madiun. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to consumers who had made transactions. Data analysis was performed using WarpPLS 7.0 through the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach to comprehensively test the causal relationships between variables. The results show that the respondents were predominantly teenagers, especially students, who constituted the largest group of visitors. Furthermore, empirical findings indicate that perceptions of price, location, product quality, and service quality each have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Overall, these results confirm that these four variables play an important role in shaping consumers' assessments of their visit experience and provide a basis for managers in formulating strategies to improve service and operational quality.
