Abstract
This study aims to analyze the environmental performance of PT Multi Aneka Pangan Nusantara (MAPN) Surabaya using the Performance Prism approach combined with the Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) concept. The evaluation is conducted based on five Performance Prism perspectives, namely stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder contribution, strategy, process, and capability. A total of 41 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are determined, with weighting using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and performance assessment through the Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Traffic Light System. The results show that strategy has the highest weight (0.481), followed by process (0.405), and capability (0.114), with an inconsistency ratio of 0.03. Most of the KPIs are in the green (good) category and 14 of them are in the yellow category requiring immediate improvement. These findings indicate that the company has begun to integrate environmental aspects into its management system, but still requires improvement, especially in the capability and process aspects. Recommendations focused on improving environmental training, strengthening HSE within the company, updating SOPs in production, and involving external stakeholders to support the achievement of ISO 14001.
