Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial technology, social capital, and locus of control on financial inclusion in MSMEs in Rungkut District, Surabaya City. The method used is a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM analysis based on questionnaire data from MSME actors. The results show that financial literacy, financial technology, and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion, while social capital has no significant effect. These findings confirm that improving financial understanding, the ability to utilize financial technology, and individual confidence in controlling financial decisions play an important role in encouraging MSMEs to access formal financial services.
