Abstract
The development of a warehouse management application for UD Sri Rejeki is driven by significant growth, leading to an increase in the number of customers. This growth presents challenges in warehouse management, which is still manually conducted using books, making it prone to errors and time-consuming. Additionally, manual record-keeping increases operational costs. Therefore, a digital solution is needed to address these issues and enhance the company's operational efficiency. The proposed solution is the development of a mobile-based warehouse management application. This application is designed with essential features such as stock entry and exit recording, real-time stock monitoring, and invoice creation. The development process includes requirement analysis, system design, coding, as well as testing and implementation. Throughout the development process, consultations were held with UD Sri Rejeki to ensure the application meets their operational needs. Test results show that this warehouse management application successfully meets the needs of UD Sri Rejeki. The implementation of the application was also well-received by the warehouse owner. In conclusion, the mobile-based warehouse management application effectively addresses the challenges faced by UD Sri Rejeki, enhances operational performance, and provides a strong foundation for the company's future growth.
