Abstract

This study analyzes the role of BUMDes Raharjo in in implementing sustainable tourism principles in Pandanrejo Village, Batu City, under the Regulation of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy No. 9 of 2021. A qualitative approach was conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation, focusing on four sustainability indicators, sustainable management, socio economic sustainability, cultural sustainability, and environmental sustainability. The findings show that BUMDes Raharjo not only manages village tourism but also integrates economic, social, cultural, and environmental aspects. Economically, attractions such as Lumbung Stroberi, Kaliwatu, Coban Lanang, and Taman Dolan increase community income, create jobs, and strengthen local products. Socially, community participation and transparent management promote empowerment and collective ownership. From a cultural perspective, traditions, arts, and local wisdom are preserved and presented authentically without excessive commercialization. Environmentally, waste management, river cleaning, and efficient water use reflect a strong ecological commitment.
