Abstract
Poverty remains a complex issue faced by Indonesia, including Mojokerto City. The government strives to address this problem through various social assistance programs, one of which is the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) based on e-warong, aimed at fulfilling the food needs of poor communities non-cash and supporting the welfare improvement of Beneficiary Families (KPM). This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the BPNT program in Magersari District, Mojokerto City, using a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that in terms of input, human resources, budget, and supporting facilities such as e-warong are adequate; however, the distribution is not yet optimal. Regarding the process aspect, the delivery of assistance is according to procedure, though challenges such as long queues and delayed food supplies persist. In terms of output, the assistance has been distributed to KPM according to data and the predetermined amount. As for outcomes, the BPNT program based on e-warong has a positive impact on fulfilling the community's basic needs, but its effectiveness and equitable implementation still need improvement to fully achieve the goal of poverty alleviation.
