Abstract
The rapid development of mobile gaming technology has given rise to various innovations, one of which is Mobile Legends, a MOBA game that is very popular among mobile users. This thesis aims to analyze various factors that play a role in shaping user acceptance of Mobile Legends through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The research method used is quantitative, involving 394 active users, and the data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results of the study indicate that user acceptance is influenced by several main factors formed from a number of variables in the TAM model. Emotional and personality factors are the most dominant factors in shaping acceptance, where enjoyment and personal characteristics of users can increase the perception of ease and benefits in playing. In addition, social influence and perceived usefulness also contribute significantly to the formation of positive attitudes and intentions to continue using the game. Overall, user acceptance of Mobile Legends is formed through a combination of emotional factors, personality, and social influence that create a positive and sustainable gaming experience.
