Abstract
This study aims to describe the co-production process in the Desa Nol Perkawinan Anak Program in Gemaharjo Village. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research identifies four stages of co-production, namely co-commissioning, co- designing, co-delivery, and co-assessment. The results show that the co- commissioning process runs well, where community involvement in participating and collaborating with the government by conducting a structured and participatory identification of the factors causing child marriage through the Musyawarah Perempuan, Anak, Penyandang Disabilitas, dan Kelompok Rentan (MUSRENAKEREN). At the co-designing stage, active community participation in providing ideas and suggestions to design program activities is proven effective, making them the main actors in the program activities. The co-delivery process shows good collaboration between the government and the community, with the government acting as a facilitator, successfully transforming the community from passive recipients into active participants in the program. In the co- assessment process, community involvement in program monitoring runs well; however, the evaluation is conducted by the Gemaharjo Village Government and the Dinas Sosial, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Trenggalek. Consequently, it can be concluded that the Desa Nol Perkawinan Anak Program in Gemaharjo Village has been operating effectively, although not all community members have participated, particularly in the program evaluation.
