Abstract
This research aims to know the marketing communication strategies of service company freight forwarding amid the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses Case Study methods. The object of the research is a freight forwarding PT. Andalan Pacific Samudra and the data is collected using interview and observation methods, the researcher knows the marketing communication strategy that company use in the covid-19 pandemic era. The results of this study is the company use the marketing communication using advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing using media as e-mail and social media Instagram, chatting WhatsApp and Weibo to keep communicating wtih customers and increase the number of customer and keep the relationship between the company and customer while covid-19 pandemic like this.
