Abstract
Facing complex operational challenges, a Seafood Products Company designed a performance measurement system for its General Affairs (GA) Division using the Performance Prism method. This study aimed to design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on five main perspectives: stakeholder satisfaction, strategy, process, capability, and stakeholder contribution. The results showed that priority KPIs for GA Staff 1 included the percentage of work areas meeting cleanliness standards, the number of non-compliant cleanliness findings, and response time to public complaints. For GA Staff 2, these included the accuracy of permit and license renewals, implementation of safety system improvements in the work area, and the number of environmental violations. This approach ensures comprehensive performance evaluation, supports regulatory compliance, and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders. With specific KPIs, the Seafood Products Company can improve the effectiveness of GA Division management and support the company's sustainable success.
