Abstract
Pabrik Aluminium Hidroksida berkapasitas 60.000 ton/tahun ini berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Kendawangan, Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat, menggunakan bahan baku bauksit dari PT. Well Harvest Winning Alumina Refinery dan NaOH dari PT. Pakerin Indonesia. Proses produksi menggunakan metode Double Digesting, di mana bauksit direaksikan dua tahap dengan larutan NaOH 48% dan spent liquor untuk memperoleh konversi natrium aluminat 91%, kemudian dipresipitasi menjadi aluminium hidroksida. Pabrik berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas dengan sistem garis dan staf, beroperasi kontinyu 330 hari/tahun, mempekerjakan 200 orang, dan bertujuan memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri serta mengurangi impor. Total investasi sebesar Rp 785,13 miliar, biaya produksi tahunan Rp 953,56 miliar, dengan ROI 26,85% (sebelum pajak), IRR 16,7%, Pay Back Period 3 tahun 5 bulan, dan Break Even Point 31,24%.
