Abstract
Entering the digitalization era, companies are required to operate efficiently and effectively, including the Wood Processing Company in Bojonegoro a premium wood flooring export company based in Bojonegoro and established in 1985. The company focuses on producing high-quality teak and merbau wood flooring to meet the market demand for aesthetic and durable products. However, in recent months, the company has experienced a decline in production performance, mainly influenced by human resource issues. This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and work environment on the performance of the production team in the Wood Export Company. The research used a saturated sampling method, in which all members of the population were included as samples. Thus, the respondents consisted of all 44 members of the production team. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, as well as data processing with SmartPLS. The results of the study indicate that leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. In addition, the work environment is also proven to have a significant and positive effect on employee performance.
