Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, job stress, and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT XYZ. The research method used was quantitative with a Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The study population consisted of 40 employees using the total population technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and supporting interviews, then tested for validity and reliability using outer and inner model analysis using SmartPLS. The results showed that compensation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job stress had a significant negative effect, while motivation had a significant positive effect and was the most dominant factor. These findings indicate that increasing compensation and motivation can increase job satisfaction, while high levels of job stress can decrease it. This study recommends that management improve the compensation system, manage sources of job stress, and strengthen employee motivation to increase job satisfaction and productivity.
