Abstract

The coffee shop industry in Indonesia is growing, especially among Generation Z, who consider coffee shops a part of their lifestyle. This study aims to analyze the influence of store atmosphere and electronic word of mouth (e-mouth) on repurchase intention. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 96 respondents who had purchased directly from the Tuku Gubeng coffee shop in Surabaya. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The empirical findings of this study revealed that store atmosphere significantly influenced repurchase intention (p < 0.05), and electronic word of mouth (e-wom) significantly influenced repurchase intention. These findings indicate that a comfortable store atmosphere and positive reviews from other consumers on social media can encourage consumers to make repeat purchases in the future.
