Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the City Without Slums (KOTAKU) Program in Banaran Village, Kertosono Sub-district, Nganjuk Regency. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that communication between program implementers and the community has been relatively effective, although there are still obstacles in delivering information comprehensively. The availability of human resources and supporting facilities is considered adequate; however, there are limitations regarding program sustainability after the construction phase. The disposition of program implementers reflects a strong commitment to achieving the program’s objectives, while the bureaucratic structure is systematically organized with clear task distribution according to the SOP. Overall, the implementation of the KOTAKU Program in Banaran Village has been carried out effectively, though improvements are still needed in optimizing communication and resource fulfillment.
