Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of E-Commerce usage, accounting knowledge, and accounting information systems on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tenggilis Mejoyo District, Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative with a sample size of 120 respondents determined through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that the use of e-commerce had a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Accounting knowledge also had a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. However, accounting information systems do not affect the performance of MSMEs. This indicates that even though accounting information systems have been implemented, this factor has not been able to contribute significantly to improving the performance of MSMEs in Tenggilis Mejoyo District, Surabaya.
