Abstract

This study aims to develop a guidance and counseling service system at SMAN 14 Kota Bekasi by applying the Extreme Programming method and White Box Testing. The Extreme Programming method is used to support a flexible and iterative development process, while White Box Testing is employed to ensure the reliability and functionality of the program code. The implemented system includes features such as counseling scheduling, certificate collection, alumni tracer, student certificates, and student violation point recap. Testing results show that all features have a low cyclomatic complexity value (below 4), and all test scenarios were marked as passed. In addition, usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) produced a score of 93.25, which falls into the “Acceptable” category. This study demonstrates that the developed system is userfriendly and ready to be used in a school environment.
