Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of the e-Peken platform in supporting online marketing for MSME grocery stores in Wiyung District, Surabaya. The method used in this study was qualitative, with data collection conducted through interviews, direct observation, and document analysis of MSMEs using e-Peken. The results show that e-Peken has a positive impact on increasing marketing reach and facilitating transactions. However, several challenges remain, such as low digital literacy and a lack of promotion regarding this platform. In general, e-Peken is considered quite effective in helping MSMEs increase their business presence and expand their market. However, its effectiveness is highly dependent on ongoing support from the government, particularly regarding necessary training, mentoring, and development. E-Peken has great potential in supporting the success of online marketing for MSME grocery stores.
