Abstract
Field Work Practice Activities at PG Candi Bar, took place from September 2 to September 30, 2024. The purpose of this internship was to understand real-world industrial conditions and to be able to apply the knowledge that has been taught, particularly within the sugar industry. PG Candi Baru’s sugar production process is divided into several stations: the Milling Station, Clarification Station, Evaporation Station, Crystallization Station, and Centrifugal Station During the internship, several tasks were assigned, including weekly and special assignments. The weekly assignments consisted of designing equipment plans, understanding the production process flow, and conducting direct data observation. The special assignment involved calculating the energy requirements for the boiler machine at the Clarification Station. The goal of these tasks was to allow students to get to know, communicate, and understand both the process and the utilities at PG Candi Baru.
