Abstract

Labor productivity is the ability of the workforce to produce output efficiently in the industrial sector. In East Kalimantan, the mining sector has the dominant role in the economy, but labor productivity in this sector is still influenced by various factors. This study aims to analyze the average length of school, real wages, and life expectancy for the productivity of the mining industry in East Kalimantan in 2010 – 2024. This research uses quantitative methods with secondary data in the form of time run set data (time series) obtained from the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of East Kalimantan Province. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program.
