Abstract
The current digital era has driven the transformation of the conventional business world into an online buying and selling system, or e-commerce. As society becomes more modern, consumer behavior patterns in purchasing products or services have also become more diverse. With intense competition and diverse consumer behavior, businesses must be able to adapt by striving to meet consumer needs, desires, and demands, which can begin with building customer trust and creating a good customer experience. Based on this, this study aims to determine the influence of Customer Trust and Customer Experience on Repurchase Intention on the SOCO by Sociolla E-Commerce Application in the city of Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods through questionnaires with a total research sample of 104 respondents using convenience sampling as the sampling technique. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that Customer Trust and Customer Experience each have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention on the SOCO by Sociolla E-Commerce Application in Surabaya.
