Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how organizational culture and job satisfaction influence employee turnover intention in a Surabaya based edutainment company. Because it can affect employee stability and the company's operational efficiency, turnover intention is a serious concern. Eighty respondents working at an e-commerce company in Surabaya were administered a questionnaire as part of the quantitative methodology and survey procedures of this study. Using SmartPLS software, the Partial Least Squares (PLS)-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was used to analyze the data. The findings indicate that organizational culture negatively impacts turnover intention, meaning that the more positive an individual's feelings toward their organization, the less likely they are to want to leave. These findings highlight the importance of fostering a positive organizational culture and maintaining a high level of job satisfaction in reducing turnover intention among employees, particularly in edutainment work environments. Key words: Organizational Culture; Job Satisfaction; Turnover Intention
