Abstract
Co-Production is an approach related to the involvement of the community or citizens in the creation of public services. In the context of the Melon Republic Program based on the Millennial Melon Farmers Association in Wates District, the level of involvement of melon farmers as the main actors is still low and not comparable to the number of existing melon farmers. This research was carried out with the aim of describing the form of involvement of melon farmers and the social changes felt by melon farmers through the Co-Production approach using the theory of Social Innovation Pathways and Drawing The Link to Co-Production proposed by Ayob et al (2016). The research method used is qualitative using a case study approach. The results of this study state that the community can be involved in program development starting from collaboration, implementation of new ideas in the program, and empowerment. In addition, melon farming communities are able to get the impact of programs such as improving the economy, that is still individual and social welfare in the form of creating new jobs for melon farmers. In addition to melon farmers, there are several actors involved in cross-sector collaboration such as the Blitar Regency DKPP, the Blitar Regency Bappedalitbang, the Wates District Government, the Wates District BPP, the Wates Farmers Women's Group, and Tugurejo Village MSMEs.
