Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to ascertain and evaluate the impact of remuneration, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of employees at Perum Perhutani East Java. A proportional stratified random sampling technique was employed to select the research sample, which consisted of 65 respondents. Surveys were distributed to gather data, and their reliability and validity were verified to guarantee consistency and accuracy. The SmartPLS software was employed to conduct the data analysis. The hypotheses were evaluated in this investigation using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This investigation employed the Likert scale as its measurement scale. The findings of this investigation suggest that employee performance is significantly and positively impacted by remuneration. Employee performance is significantly and positively impacted by work discipline. Employee performance is significantly and positively impacted by work motivation.
