Abstract

Field Work Practice (PKL) is a form of vocational education and training that students participate in by working directly in the business or industrial world (DU/DI), in a systematic and targeted manner under the supervision of competent professionals in their field, with the aim of gaining experience and mastering skills in a particular field to achieve a certain level of professional expertise. The designated partner for the PKL is CV Sahabat Pangan, which produces Rambak using fruits and vegetables as raw materials. The Rambak produced by CV Sahabat Pangan undergoes several production stages, including raw material reception, material preparation, cutting, cooling, frying, drying, and packaging. The raw materials used are bananas, jackfruit, and broccoli, which are perishable food items with good quality.
