Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic step to improve operational efficiency, including in human resource management. PT XYZ, which has implemented HRMS, faces challenges such as frequent system errors that disrupt the company’s mission to enhance employee welfare. This study aims to evaluate the success of HRMS implementation at PT XYZ using the DeLone and McLean (2003) model, which includes six dimensions: system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. A quantitative method with a PLS-SEM approach is used, and data is obtained through a survey. The sample consists of 211 respondents selected through simple random sampling based on the Slovin formula from the population of active HRMS users at the company. The analysis results show that of the 9 hypotheses tested, 7 hypotheses are accepted, namely: system quality significantly affects use, information quality significantly affects both use and user satisfaction, service quality significantly affects user satisfaction, use significantly affects user satisfaction, and net benefits significantly affect user satisfaction. The study also shows that system, information, and service quality influence the increased use of the system and user satisfaction, which contribute to the net benefits experienced by the organization. These findings provide insights for PT XYZ to improve HRMS quality to optimize system usage and enhance human resource management more efficiently
