Abstract
The increase in Village Original Revenue (PADes) is very important because it directly impacts the independence of the village, infrastructure development, improvement in the quality of life of the community, and the overall economic welfare of the village. It is known that the increase in village original revenue in Latukan Village, Karanggeneng District, Lamongan Regency is very significant, obtained from the income of its Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) with strategies in place. This research aims to examine the strategies implemented by the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) Sumber Rejeki in Latukan Village, Lamongan Regency, in increasing the Village Original Income (PADES). In this study, a qualitative research method was used with data collection processes including interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. Based on the research findings that use the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) according to the National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG), which are reviewed from several aspects, namely Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, Fairness. It is known that the strategy implemented by BUMDes Sumber Rejeki Desa Latukan is by applying these 5 principles properly and correctly, so that in the effort to increase the village's original income in Desa Latukan, it can be stable and continue to rise every year.
