Abstract
The Population and Civil Registration Office of Mojokerto Regency as a leading sector that is in charge and responsible for providing public services in the field of population administration also faces challenges so that the services provided are not optimal. However, the Population and Civil Registration Office of Mojokerto Regency is constantly realizing optimal population services by providing convenience for the community through the implementation of optimization by the presentation of a website-based application named POS KETANMU or Online Service of the Population System Without Meeting. As for the conduct of this study, the purpose is to find out and describe the optimization of population administration services through the POS KETANMU application at Dispendukcapil Mojokerto Regency. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach where data is collected through observation, interview, and documentation. In this case, to determine whether or not the optimization of population administration services is optimal or not by Dispendukcapil Mojokerto Regency through the use of digital technology, namely the POS KETANMU website-based application, it is reviewed from the optimization elements according to Siringoringo which includes goals, alternative decisions, and limited resources. Overall, the results obtained from this study show that the implementation of the POS KETANMU website-based application is said to be optimal because from the use of the three optimization elements, there is only one element that has not been running optimally, namely limited resources where limitations are found such as the condition of the old computer unit and often problematic as well as the number of internet network devices that are limited due to the many use. So that improvements and improvements are needed to address the limitations of technological facilities and infrastructure including resources that support the provision of online population administration services through the POS KETANMU website-based application.
