Abstract
the research aimed to find out how big th effect of compensation, job satisfaction and flexsibility on employees performance Go Ride Region Sidati Sidoarjo . The research was Accidental Sampling. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. Futhermore, the data were primary. Additonaly, there were 100 respondents of employee Go Ride Region Sidati Sidoarjo. While, the independent variables were namely, compensation, job satisfaction and flexibility. Meanwhile, the dependent variable was employee performances. In addition, the testing instrument used validity and reliability test. Besides, the data analysist technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The research reslut concluded compensation had positive and significant effect on employees performance of Go Ride Region Sidati. Likewise, job satisfaction had positive and insignificant effect on employees performance of Go Ride Region Sidati, flexibility had positive and significant effect on employees performance of Go Ride Region Sidati
