Abstract

PNPM SPP group in Kayen Kidul District, Kediri Regency has been operating since 2009. In its implementation, Bumdesma encountered various obstacles and challenges, namely the occurrence of bad credit installments every month from SPP fund users. The settlement of bad credit disputes was carried out with procedures in accordance with the rules, but the lack of Sub Coordinator employees meant that the implementation process could not be completed optimally. This study aims to analyze the legal relationship of the parties in its implementation and to analyze the form of settlement of bad credit disputes in PNPM SPP group in Kayen Kidul District, Kediri Regency. The type of research used is included in the type of empirical legal research in which two methods are used to obtain data, namely interviews with the Village Owned Enterprise (Bumdesma) Kayen Kidul Sehati LKD and using other sources that are relevant to the study in the form of a list of regulations, books, and existing journals.
