Abstract

The Umrah and Hajj travel services industry is a sector that continues to experience growth, especially in countries with a Muslim majority population like Indonesia. In 2024, it will experience significant growth. Competition in similar industries is increasingly intense with the emergence of various travel agents. To face these challenges, companies must have quality human resources. Having quality human resources can help companies achieve their stated goals. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support, interpersonal communication, and workload on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach and a saturated sample population, with all 40 employees as respondents. Data collection was divided into two: primary data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires and interviews, and secondary data obtained from written sources such as books, journals, and company documents. Data analysis techniques were carried out using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that perceived organizational support influences employee performance, interpersonal communication contributes to employee performance, and workload has no contribution to employee performance.
