Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at CV Jaya Karya Mandiri in Gresik City. This company operates in the scaffolding rental business and experiences fluctuations in customer numbers from year to year, possibly due to suboptimal service quality and pricing strategies. The research method used was a quantitative approach, with data collected through a questionnaire from 104 respondents, who were CV Jaya Karya Mandiri customers. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the aid of SmartPLS software. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, as did price. These findings confirm that efforts to improve service quality and adjust competitive prices are crucial to increasing customer satisfaction and maintaining their loyalty to the company.
