Abstract
Ecological Architecture-Based Cow Milk Processing Eduwisata in Jombang is a design project that aims to create a tourist area that integrates education, recreation, and environmental sustainability. Wonosalam Sub-district, which is known as one of the largest cow milk production centers in Jombang Regency, has a great opportunity to be developed as a livestock-based educational tourism destination. Based on the results of a site selection study as well as conformity with the Detailed City Spatial Plan, the most feasible location is on Jl. Anjasmoro, Notorejo Village, Wonosalam Sub-district. This selection is based on the suitability of land functions, strategic accessibility, availability of adequate infrastructure and utilities, and land area that meets the development needs. The design concept refers to the theme ‘Form Farm to Future’ with an Ecological Architecture approach, and applies the Systematic Design method in the design process. Eduwisata Cow Milk Processing is designed to improve the economy of the local community through the tourism sector while providing education to visitors about sustainable farming practices, milk processing, and the importance of consuming dairy products. The design is expected to not only be an attractive tourist destination but also contribute to environmental sustainability and community empowerment.
