Abstract
Jepara, as the center of the national furniture industry, faces major challenges in penetrating the global market, mainly due to limited resources, access to market information, international business networks, and export financing. In this context, ITPC acts as an extension of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia abroad, with a mandate to strengthen national export competitiveness, especially for SMEs. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using primary data from interviews and official reports, as well as secondary data from journal articles and related institutional publications. The main findings of this study indicate that ITPC performs four strategic functions in promoting the internationalization of Jepara SMEs: Market Information, Networking, Support (Motivational, Operational, Financial), and Risk Reduction. This study concludes that the role of ITPC is multidimensional and integral in the process of SME internationalization, emphasizing the importance of inter-agency government collaboration to create an inclusive and sustainable export ecosystem.
