Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of Work-Life Balance and Non-Physical Work Environment on the performance of female employees at PT Prusolid Citra Mandiri Surabaya. The background of this research highlights the challenges faced by female employees in balancing dual roles as workers and family members. A quantitative method with a descriptive approach was used, with data collected through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The study involved a sample of 45 female employees selected through a saturated sampling technique. The results show that both Work-Life Balance and the Non-Physical Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of work balance and social support in the workplace to improve productivity. This study is expected to provide input for the company in formulating human resource policies that are responsive to the needs of female employees.
