Abstract
In an increasingly complex modern economic landscape, micro-enterprises such as grocery stores play an important role despite often being marginalized by modern retailers. Grocery stores play a crucial role in maintaining food security and ensuring the availability of basic necessities, especially for communities in remote areas. In addition, these stores contribute to the local economy by providing a more affordable alternative for consumers on a budget. This study aims to analyze the effect of customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, and consumer trust on customer loyalty at the Dua Putri 2 MDR store in Ganting, Sidoarjo. The method used in this study is quantitative with a survey approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to 100 store customer respondents. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS using multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the three independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Partially, Customer Perceived Value has a significant impact on customer loyalty, while Customer Satisfaction and Consumer Trust do not have a significant effect.
