Abstract
This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of perfectionism and time management on academic procrastination among Management students of UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur, Class of 2021. The research employs a quantitative approach. The study was conducted on 75 active Management students from the Class of 2021 at UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur who have not yet undertaken their thesis. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach, utilizing SmartPLS 4.0. The data source for this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to the respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, the study shows that perfectionism has a significant positive effect on academic procrastination, while time management has a significant negative effect on academic procrastination.
