Abstract

The Independent Study Program of the Global Digital Talent Entrepreneur, organized by PT Global Edukasi Talenta Inkubator (GeTI Incubator), provided valuable learning experiences and practical skills in the fields of digital marketing and digital entrepreneurship. This program, held over five months through online learning, enabled the author to gain comprehensive insights into the operation of e-commerce platforms, marketplace optimization, global trade, and creative content production. As a participant (mentee), the author completed a series of activities including synchronous and asynchronous learning sessions, practical assignments, case studies, certification exams (LPK & BNSP), and soft skills training. Throughout the program, the author successfully developed competencies in five main areas: Store Operator Marketplace Specialist, Digital Marketing, Digital Creative Content Creation, Global Entrepreneurship, and Logistic Export. These were supported by the acquisition of 11 professional certificates, including five BNSP certificates, five LPK GETI certificates, and one international certification from Alibaba GDT. Additional training in soft skills, such as communication and professional presentation, further enriched the author’s readiness for future career opportunities. This program empowered the author to master essential skills, such as creating e-commerce content, determining niche markets, optimizing digital platforms like Instagram and YouTube, as well as understanding export-import documentation and global market strategies. The program not only equipped the author with technical abilities, but also fostered adaptability, time management, and problem-solving skills. In conclusion, the Independent Study Program contributed significantly to the author’s personal and professional development, making her more prepared to face the competitive demands of the digital era. The combination of hard and soft skill training provided by GeTI Incubator serves as a strong foundation for her journey as a future digital entrepreneur and creative professional.
