Abstract
This report discusses the internship activities at PT Infoglobal Teknologi Semesta which focuses on developing a web-based project management dashboard. This project supports the application of Agile methodology in project management, with the aim of facilitating the monitoring and reporting of team work progress. The development uses React.js for the user interface (frontend) and FastAPI for the backend. The three main modules developed in this system are the Issues module that lists project items, the Board module that visually displays work status, and the Backlog module that contains sprints for work planning. This process also involves the integration of third-party APIs to support project management data needs. The use of modern technology is expected to improve efficiency and collaboration in project management in the company.
