Abstract
This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the Trofi POS application in improving financial management at the Kedai Sekawan MSME, with the goal of identifying the impact of the application's use on operational efficiency, cash flow management, and the accuracy of financial record-keeping. This research employs a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation conducted at Kedai Sekawan, which serves as the research object. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, justified by the urgency of evaluating the benefits of implementing the Trofi POS system in business financial management. The findings of this study indicate that the Trofi POS application is effective in supporting systematic, efficient, and accurate financial recording processes. Although there are still certain technical shortcomings, the use of the Trofi POS application provides direct benefits to MSME actors, such as increased operational efficiency, reduced administrative costs, ease in data-based decision-making, and support for internal control efforts to minimize the potential for recording errors or fraudulent activities.
