Abstract

Software testing is a crucial phase to ensure the quality and reliability of an application, aiming to improve overall system performance. This study aims to implement black box testing using automation testing tools on the Fast Print Indonesia recruitment website. The testing covers both functional and non-functional aspects, including performance, usability, compatibility, speed, and security. The testing process follows the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), consisting of requirement analysis, test planning, test case development, test environment setup, test case execution, and test cycle closure to ensure a systematic and structured approach. Functional testing on the Fast Print Indonesia recruitment website achieved a success rate of 96.56%, with 365 out of 378 test cases passed and 9 bugs identified. Meanwhile, non-functional testing showed a success rate of 75%, with 21 out of 28 test cases passed. However, issues were found in performance, speed, and responsiveness. In contrast, compatibility and security aspects yielded optimal results.
