Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness on BCA mobile user satisfaction in Surabaya. The sample of this study was BCA mobile application users in Surabaya, aged at least 17 years and had used BCA mobile at least 1 time, with a total of 112 respondents taken using the purposive sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study was Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that service quality, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on BCA mobile user satisfaction in Surabaya.
