Abstract
The management of facilities and infrastructure at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” East Java, faces challenges such as manual record-keeping, unintegrated data, and difficulty accessing real-time information. The design and development of this web-based application aim to support efficient inventory management. The method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the following stages: requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was developed using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and the MySQL database management system. The application's main features include structured data recording, real-time inventory management, and easy access for users divided into three levels: admin, operator, and user, including lecturers, staff, and students. Testing was conducted using black box testing methods to ensure the application's functionality. The implementation results showed improved efficiency in infrastructure management, easier data access, and reduced errors due to manual recording. This application is expected to become a digital solution that can support campus operations optimally.
