Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Ukuran Perusahaan, Budaya Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Lean Manufacturing sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling diperoleh 11 perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019-2023. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Ukuran perusahaan dan Budaya Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Lean manufacturing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Good Corporate Governance dan Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Lean manufacturing, Budaya Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Lean manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing dapat memediasi secara positif dan signifikan hubungan Good Corporate Governance terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Lean Manufacturing tidak dapat memediasi hubungan Ukuran perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Lean Manufacturing tidak dapat memediasi hubungan Budaya Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Good Corporate Governance, Ukuran Perusahaan, Budaya This study aims to test and analyze the Influence of Good Corporate Governance, Company Size, Corporate Culture on Company Value with Lean Manufacturing as an Intervening Variable. This study is a quantitative study using secondary data. This study uses a population of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2023. The sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained 11 food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2023. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPLS. These results indicate that Good Corporate Governance has a negative and significant effect on company value, Company Size and Corporate Culture do not affect company value, Lean manufacturing has a positive and significant effect on company value, Good Corporate Governance and Company Size have a positive and significant effect on Lean manufacturing, Corporate Culture does not affect Lean manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing can mediate positively and significantly the relationship between Good Corporate Governance and Company Value, Lean Manufacturing cannot mediate the relationship between Company Size and Company Value, Lean Manufacturing cannot mediate the relationship between Corporate Culture and Company Value.
