Abstract
This internship report presents the development of an inventory dashboard using Tableau at PT Berkah Anugerah Inti Semesta as part of the Certified Internship Program under the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative. The internship, conducted over five months, focused on addressing challenges in inventory data management within the company's workshop division. The main issue identified was the suboptimal use of inventory data, which hindered effective monitoring and decision-making. To overcome this, a visual dashboard was created using Tableau to facilitate real-time monitoring and improve material management. The project involved data collection, processing using the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) method, and data visualization through various charts and key performance indicators (KPIs). The resulting dashboard provided insights into inventory movements, material usage trends, and potential stock issues, supporting better decision-making and operational efficiency. In addition to technical outcomes, the internship also enhanced the intern’s soft skills, such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities. This experience demonstrates the value of integrating data-driven tools in inventory management and the importance of industry exposure for students' professional development.
