Abstract

The Creator Coffee Roaster is a specialty coffee processing business at the SME level located in Yogyakarta and established in 2012. The company produces roasted coffee beans from Robusta, Arabica, and house blend varieties, with green coffee beans sources from various regions in Indonesia, such as Temanggung, Ijen (Bondowoso), Kerinci, and Garut. However, with the increasing demand for high-quality roasted coffee beans, The Creator Coffee Roaster faces challenges in maintaining and ensuring the smooth supply chain of raw coffee beans from farmers, as well as the product supply chain to consumers. Therefore, this research aims to assess the efficiency of the green coffee beans supplier chain at The Creator Coffee Roaster. This study uses input variables such as cash-to-cash cycle time and order fulfillment cycle time, while the output variables include delivery performance and order fulfillment. The efficiency of the green coffee beans supply chain performance is analyzed using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method with the assumption of constant returns to scale (CRS). Based on the DEA analysis results, farmers who achieved efficiency were farmers 2 and 4, with scores of 100%, while farmers who had not yet reached efficiency were farmers 1 and 3, with scores of 57.1% and 66.7%, respectively. Meanwhile, the supply chain performance of The Creator Coffee Roaster during 2023 has achieved efficiency. Key words : data envelopment analysis, green coffee, supply chain perfomance
