Abstract
Currently, technological advancements are accelerating, leading to intense business competition among entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs leverage technology to improve the performance and profitability of their companies. Many companies are starting to implement Information Systems to ensure their operations run smoothly. The supply chain division has become one of the most important parts in managing the company's operations from start to finish. However, the transition to Information Systems or digitalization faces several challenges for employees, resulting in a decline in performance due to the difficulty of adapting to the digital era. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak Sistem Informasi terhadap kinerja divisi rantai pasokan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk pengambilan sampel dan analisis melalui Regresi Linier Berganda. The Multiple Linear Regression method involves more than one independent variable. With this analysis, we can understand the extent and direction in which the independent variables affect the dependent variable. The sampling was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees in the supply chain division. The data from this questionnaire will be analyzed using SPSS software to obtain more accurate results. Hasil uji SPSS dari regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien regresi untuk ketiga variabel, yaitu kemudahan penggunaan Sistem Informasi, ketersediaan dan kualitas data waktu nyata, serta tingkat otomatisasi & efisiensi proses, memiliki nilai positif. Therefore, it can be concluded that if the values of the three variables increase, the performance of the Supply Chain division will improve.
